Everwell Global is a cross-sector health, safety and sustainability advisory firm. One accountable team runs occupational health, ergonomics, process safety and emissions as a single system — instead of four vendors who never align. Engagements run under NDA; our role is advisory, so capital and final deployment stay with client leadership.

- **Dr. Oluwasegun Modupe** — Principal Partner & Director of Process Safety & Systems Engineering. PhD Chemical Engineering & Applied Chemistry (University of Toronto), MSc Biochemical Engineering (UCL), MSc & BSc Biochemistry (University of Ilorin, First Class). HACCP certified; GMP/cGMP validation.

## Method

An integrated People/Planet/Profit model run through a Plan-Do-Check-Act loop. Every audit finding gets a unique tracking ID, a named owner, a defined remediation scope, a hard deadline and a formal verification step via a digitized Corrective Action Tracking System — so gaps cannot quietly mature into incidents or compliance liabilities.

## Market access (Nigeria & Africa)

We align management systems with the bodies that govern client operations — NHIA, the Ministries of Health and Labor, NAFDAC and the HMOs — so systems line up with the standards before an inspector arrives. (Alignment targets within a phased rollout, not active partnerships.)
