Common questions

Questions leadership teams ask us.

What happens in a readiness assessment?

We review your current health, safety, workforce, sustainability, and operational conditions, then score readiness across key domains. You leave with a clearer view of priority risks, practical next steps, and whether your organization is ready for a pilot, a full program, or a narrower intervention.

Is this only for industrial companies?

No. The method works across offices, ministries, schools, healthcare organizations, manufacturers, food systems, and agricultural networks. The framework stays consistent; the controls change based on your people, risks, sector, and resources.

Do you only advise, or do you help implement?

Both. Everwell can assess, design, and support implementation through policies, screenings, training, safety systems, dashboards, and corrective-action tracking. Final approvals, capital decisions, and operational ownership remain with client leadership.

How long does an engagement take?

A readiness or needs assessment can be scoped as a focused first step. The field guide model supports a 90-day discovery-to-pilot sprint, followed by quarterly governance and continuous improvement when a longer program is appropriate.

What does it cost?

Fees depend on headcount, facility size, program scope, travel needs, and selected add-ons such as dashboards, audits, screenings, or SOP libraries. Everwell scopes each engagement in writing before work begins.

How is client information handled?

Everwell works under strict confidentiality. Client data, commercial records, operational designs, health information, and site findings are handled through agreed privacy and non-disclosure terms.
